      1. Acceptance of Terms

      By accessing or using Slayble's website, sub-domain applications, or subscription services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features.

      These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slayble Technologies Private Limited ("Slayble", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

      You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

      2. Description of Services

      Slayble provides a subscription-based fashion rental service that allows members to receive curated wardrobes of clothing and accessories, wear them during a subscription period, and return them at the end of each cycle. Services include:

      • Selection and curation of outfits based on your style profile and measurements.
      • Home delivery of wardrobes to your address in our serviceable areas.
      • Home measurement services conducted by trained Slayble stylists.
      • Collection and professional cleaning of returned items.
      • Access to our style catalog and wardrobe management tools.

      All items provided remain the property of Slayble or its brand partners at all times. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the items during your subscription period only.

      3. Membership & Subscription

      To access our Services, you must create an account and subscribe to an eligible membership plan. By subscribing, you agree to:

      • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
      • Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.
      • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

      Membership plans, pricing, and wardrobe allowances are described on our website and may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to existing subscribers.

      4. Payments & Billing

      Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly). All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

      • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners.
      • By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees for your subscription.
      • Failed payments may result in suspension of your account. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.
      • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Cancellation & Refund policy below, or as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

      5. Security Deposit

      Certain membership plans require a refundable security deposit at the time of subscription. The security deposit:

      • Is held as security against loss, theft, or damage of rented items beyond normal wear and tear.
      • Will be refunded within 14 working days of cancellation, provided all items have been returned in acceptable condition.
      • May be partially or fully forfeited to cover the replacement cost of lost, stolen, or severely damaged items.
      • Does not accrue interest and cannot be applied against subscription fees.

      6. Wardrobe Delivery & Returns

      We will deliver wardrobes to your registered address within our serviceable areas. By accepting delivery, you acknowledge receipt of the items listed in your wardrobe dispatch note.

      • You must return all items by the date specified in your subscription plan or as communicated by us.
      • Items must be returned unwashed and in the same condition as received (subject to normal wear and tear).
      • We will arrange pickup of returned items from your registered address.
      • Late returns may result in a daily late fee, details of which are available on our website.

      7. Care & Responsibility for Items

      You are responsible for the reasonable care of all items while in your possession:

      • Do not wash, dry-clean, alter, or attempt to repair any item yourself.
      • Stains from normal use are acceptable; however, permanent damage, tears, burns, or structural damage to items will be charged at replacement cost.
      • Lost or stolen items will be charged at their full retail replacement value.
      • You must not sub-let, lend, or transfer items to third parties.

      8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

      You may cancel your Slayble subscription at any time. The following conditions apply:

      • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
      • Annual and multi-month plans cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase and before first wardrobe delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
      • Security deposits are refunded within 14 working days of confirmed return of all items in acceptable condition.
      • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

      In exceptional circumstances — such as Slayble being unable to fulfil a wardrobe delivery in your area — we will offer a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.

      9. Subscription Pause

      Eligible members may pause their subscription for up to 30 days per year. During a pause:

      • Your billing cycle is extended by the number of paused days.
      • No wardrobe deliveries will be made.
      • Any items in your possession must be returned before initiating a pause.

      10. Prohibited Use

      You agree not to:

      • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
      • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration or measurement.
      • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform or infrastructure.
      • Use items for commercial purposes, resale, photoshoots, or media production without prior written consent.
      • Engage in any conduct that damages Slayble's reputation or the integrity of its brand partner relationships.

      11. Intellectual Property

      All content on our website and applications — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Slayble and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

      12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

      Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Slayble disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

      Slayble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

      Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

      13. Indemnification

      You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slayble, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable law.

      14. Modifications to Services & Terms

      We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes at least 15 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.

      15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

      These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

      Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@slayble.com to resolve disputes amicably. Consumer complaints may also be raised on the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as applicable.
