Slayble ("Slayble", "we", "us", or "our") is a fashion rental subscription service operated by Slayble Technologies Private Limited, registered in India. Our registered address is available on request. We provide curated wardrobe rentals delivered to subscribers across India.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use our website at slayble.com, our sub-domain applications, or our services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read it carefully.

- Measurement & style data: Body measurements taken during our home measurement service, style preferences, quiz answers, and wardrobe history.
- Transaction data: Subscription plan, payment amounts, security deposit records, billing history.
- Usage data: Pages visited, items browsed, device type, IP address, browser type, and session data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: Messages you send us via contact forms, email, or support channels.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as financial account credentials, biometric data, health records, or government-issued identification unless explicitly required and separately consented to.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and applicable Indian law, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent: Where you have freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — for example, when you sign up for early access or opt in to marketing emails.
- Contract performance: To fulfil our obligations under your subscription agreement, including delivery, billing, and returns.

- Measurement and style data is retained until you request deletion.

- Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to harm you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a summary of your personal data we hold and how it is being processed.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Grievance redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (details below) or with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. In accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023, we implement verifiable parental consent mechanisms before processing data of children where applicable. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
